Operation Instructions
1、Opening the Earthing Switch: Insert the operating handle into the earthing switch operation hole and rotate it counterclockwise to open the switch. At this point, the opening indicator at the center of the panel will display the specified shape ; the lower door panel will be locked.
2、Closing the Load Switch: Insert the operating handle into the load switch operation hole and rotate it clockwise (press the close button for electric operation) to close the switch. At this point, the open/close indicator will display the specified shape.
Power Shutdown:
1、Opening the Load Switch: Press the mechanical operation button on the lower part of the panel (press the open button for electric operation) to open the load switch. At this point, the open/close indicator will display the specified shape.
2、Closing the Earthing Switch: Insert the operating handle into the earthing switch operation hole and rotate it clockwise to close the switch. At this point, the open/close indicator will display the specified shape.
Notes
1、If the power supply is connected from the upper terminal of the switch, the live-line indicator will turn off and flash in accordance with the switch's opening and closing status.
2、If the power supply is connected from the lower terminal of the switch, the live-line indicator will remain on. In this case, the power supply is not cut off, and closing the earthing switch is prohibited.
Reminder: When replacing fuse tubes, replace all three tubes simultaneously.
Precautions for Service Environment Conditions
● Altitude: Not exceeding 2000 m; Seismic intensity: Not exceeding Grade 8
● Ambient air temperature: Ranging from -45°C to +50°C. Relative humidity: Daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%
● Not suitable for installation sites with frequent severe vibrations, nor for sites where water vapor, gases, chemically corrosive deposits, salt mist, dust and dirt that obviously affect the mechanism performance exist, as well as sites with fire or explosion hazards
● Rated SF₆ gas pressure: 0.04 MPa. The SF₆ gas complies with the requirements specified in GB/T12022-2014 Industrial Sulfur Hexafluoride
