- ZW7-40.5 Type Outdoor High-Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker is an outdoor high-voltage electrical device designed for 50Hz AC systems with a voltage of 40.5KV. Equipped with a spring operating mechanism or electromagnetic mechanism, it supports remote electric opening and closing, as well as on-site manual energy storage, manual opening and closing. Its design performance complies with the requirements of the national standard GB1984 "AC High-Voltage Circuit Breakers" and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standard IEC 60056 "AC High-Voltage Circuit Breakers". The ZW7-40.5 series outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is mainly used for control and protection in outdoor 35KV power transmission and distribution systems, and is also suitable for normal operation and short-circuit protection in urban and rural power grids, as well as industrial and mining enterprises. The overall structure of the product is porcelain insulator column type: the upper porcelain insulator contains a vacuum interrupter, and the lower porcelain insulator serves as a supporting porcelain insulator. It is suitable for occasions requiring frequent operations and has the advantages of good sealing performance, anti-aging, high voltage resistance, non-combustibility, no explosion risk, long service life, and convenient installation and maintenance. When matched with a protection box, it can achieve complete load protection functions; when paired with an intelligent controller, it can realize distribution network automation.

Service Conditions
3.1 Normal Service Conditions
a) The ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40℃, and the average value measured within 24 hours shall not exceed 35℃; the minimum ambient air temperature is -25℃.
b) The influence of solar radiation up to 1000W/m² (at noon on sunny days) shall be taken into account.
c) Altitude: Not exceeding 2000m.
d) The ambient air may be contaminated by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, vapors, or salt spray; the pollution degree shall not exceed Class Ⅲ specified in GB/T 5582.e) Wind speed: Not exceeding 34m/s.
f) Vibrations or ground motions originating from switchgear and controlgear are negligible.
g) The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system shall not exceed 1.6KV.
