■ Product Structural Characteristics
● Compact structure and small size: Approximately 1/3 to 1/5 the size of domestic products with the same capacity, significantly reducing the floor space;
● Fully sealed and fully insulated structure: No insulation distance required, providing reliable personal safety protection;
● High-voltage protection adopts load switch-fuse combination electrical equipment;
● High-voltage wiring can be used for both ring networks and terminals, featuring flexible power supply mode and high reliability;
● Excellent transformer performance: Low loss, low noise, low temperature rise; strong overload capacity, short-circuit resistance, and impact resistance;
● Meets various low-voltage outgoing requirements: Can be selected according to standard schemes or customized;
● Two types of cable joints are available: 200A elbow-type cable joint and 600A T-type cable joint. The elbow-type cable joint is suitable for cables with a cross-sectional area of 35-185mm², and the T-type cable joint is suitable for cables with a cross-sectional area of 35-500mm². The cable joints are made of copper core or aluminum core, both of which can be equipped with fully insulated zinc oxide surge arresters. The 200A elbow-type cable joint allows live insertion and extraction and can also function as an isolating switch.
■ Split-Tank Structural Characteristics
● The box-type substation adopts a split-tank structure:
The transformer body and high-voltage components such as high-voltage load switches, plug-in fuses, and backup current-limiting fuses are separately placed in sealed oil tanks. The two tanks are arranged horizontally side by side and completely separated by a partition. Insulated wall bushings are installed on the partition for the wiring between the transformer and the load switch, which can be easily disassembled and replaced without affecting the operation of the other tank.
● Advantages of horizontal side-by-side arrangement of the two tanks:
● Mutual non-interference between the two tanks:
- Prevents oil leakage from the partition causing upper-layer oil to flow into the bottom tank, resulting in oil shortage in the upper tank (oil shortage or no oil will cause arcing when operating the load switch, posing dangers to equipment and personnel);
- Another advantage is convenient maintenance due to the side-by-side arrangement. During the maintenance of the transformer compartment or load switch compartment, the two tanks do not interfere with each other, making maintenance quick and convenient (for vertical arrangement, the upper tank must be completely removed to open the transformer tank, leading to extremely inconvenient maintenance).
