The YB25-10 series combined substation is an independent integrated power transformation and distribution device designed for 50Hz, 6-10kV power grids with a rated capacity ranging from 30kVA to 2000kVA. It is suitable for outdoor power supply scenarios such as urban high-rise buildings, residential districts, industrial and mining enterprises, hotels, parks, oilfields, airports, terminals, railways, shopping malls, and temporary facilities. This product can be used both in ring network power supply distribution systems and as terminal power supply for medium-voltage power grids.
The ZBW15-10 series combined substation consists of three main parts: transformer compartment, high-voltage compartment, and low-voltage compartment.
For the high-voltage side, the HXGN series ring network cabinet (including gas-generating, gas-pressure, vacuum, and SF6 types) is generally adopted, equipped with load switches and fuses (circuit breakers can be used if required).
The low-voltage side uses a new type of molded case automatic air circuit breaker, featuring high breaking capacity and excellent protection performance.
Both oil-immersed transformers and dry-type transformers can be used for this product.
The outer shell offers multiple material options, including aluminum alloy plates, steel plates, and composite plates. It is lined with thermal insulation materials and has a double-layer top cover, which can effectively prevent heat radiation.
Temperature reduction facilities and anti-condensation equipment are installed inside the cabinet.
