Structure Introduction
The cabinet body of the switchgear is welded with high-quality angle steel. The circuit breaker compartment is located in the middle (lower) part of the cabinet, facilitating installation, commissioning, and maintenance. It is standard equipped with ZN63A (VS1-12) circuit breaker and provided with a pressure relief channel to ensure personal safety. An advanced and reliable rotary isolating switch is adopted, allowing safe access to the circuit breaker compartment for maintenance while the main busbar is energized. The overall cabinet IP rating is IP2X. The equipment is equipped with a reliable and fully functional mandatory mechanical interlocking device, which simply and effectively meets the "five-prevention" requirements. It has a reliable grounding system. An observation window is installed on the door to clearly observe the working status of the internal components. The operating mechanism interlock adopts the JSXGN interlocking mechanism used in XGN2-12 switchgear, which is simple, reliable, convenient, and practical. The incoming and outgoing cables are routed below the front part of the cabinet bottom for easy user connection.
