Product Overview
BZM1L (CM1L) Series Molded Case Circuit Breakers with Residual Current Protection(hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker)
It is one of the new-type circuit breakers independently developed and manufactured by our company adopting internationally advanced design and manufacturing technologies. With a rated insulation voltage of 800V, the circuit breaker is applicable to AC 50Hz circuits with a rated operating voltage of 400V and a rated operating current up to 630A. It is designed for infrequent circuit conversion and infrequent motor starting.
Equipped with overload, short-circuit and undervoltage protection functions, the circuit breaker can protect circuits and power supply equipment from damage. Meanwhile, it can also provide protection against fire hazards potentially caused by long-standing earth faults that cannot be detected by overcurrent protection devices.
Classified by the level of their Rated Ultimate Short-Circuit Breaking Capacity (Icu), the circuit breakers fall into two categories: Type M (Medium Breaking Capacity) and Type H (High Breaking Capacity). This series of circuit breakers features compact size, high breaking capacity, short arc-extinguishing distance and vibration resistance.

● Scope of Application
The BZM1L Series Residual Current Circuit Breakers are among the new-type residual current protection products independently designed and developed by our company, incorporating internationally advanced technologies. They are applicable to AC 50Hz circuits with a rated voltage up to 400V and a rated current ranging from 16A to 800A.
Their main function is to provide indirect contact protection against fatal electric shocks to human bodies. Residual current circuit breakers with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 0.03A can also serve as supplementary protection for direct contact when other protective measures fail, but they shall not be used as the sole protection device for direct contact. Meanwhile, these devices can prevent electrical fires caused by earth fault currents, protect circuits against overloads and short circuits, and also be used for infrequent circuit switching.
The residual current circuit breakers feature compact size, high breaking capacity, short arc-extinguishing distance, as well as adjustable rated residual operating current and residual current operation. They can be equipped with various accessories, including alarm contacts, shunt release, auxiliary contacts, rotary handle operating mechanism, and electric operating mechanism. Multiple wiring methods are available, such as front connection, rear connection, and plug-in connection. These characteristics make them ideal products for users.
The residual current circuit breakers can be installed either vertically or horizontally.
This product complies with the standards of GB 14048.2 and IEC 60947-2.
● Normal Operating Environment and Installation Conditions
○ Upper limit of ambient air temperature: +40℃; Lower limit: -5℃; The 24-hour average temperature shall not exceed +35℃.
○ Altitude: The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000 m.
○ Pollution degree: 3
○ Installation category: III
○ Atmospheric conditions: The relative humidity of the atmosphere shall not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40℃; higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures. The monthly average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month is 90%, while the monthly average minimum temperature of the same month is +20℃. In addition, condensation on the product surface caused by temperature changes shall be taken into account.
○ External magnetic field: The external magnetic field near the installation site of the residual current circuit breaker shall not exceed 5 times the geomagnetic field in any direction.
○ Environment: The installation site shall be free of explosion hazards and conductive dust, and the medium shall not contain gases or substances sufficient to corrode metals and damage insulation.
