Product Overview
BZM1 and CM1 Series Molded Case Circuit Breakers(hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker)It is one of the new-type circuit breakers independently developed by our factory adopting internationally advanced design and manufacturing technologies. With a rated insulation voltage of 800V, the circuit breaker is applicable to circuits with AC 50Hz, rated operating voltage of 660V and below, and rated operating current up to 1250A. It is designed for infrequent circuit conversion as well as infrequent starting of electric motors.
Equipped with overload, short-circuit and undervoltage protection devices, the circuit breaker can protect circuits and power supply equipment from damage.
This circuit breaker complies with the following standards:

Operating Environment

◆ Altitude: below 2000 m
◆ Ambient medium temperature: not higher than +40℃ ( +45℃ for marine products ) and not lower than -5℃
◆ Resistant to the effects of humid air
◆ Resistant to the effects of salt mist and oil mist
◆ Resistant to the effects of mold
◆ Resistant to the effects of nuclear radiation
◆ Inclination: 22.5°
◆ Installation in media without explosion hazards, and where the media are free of gases and conductive dust that are sufficient to corrode metals and damage insulation
◆ Installation in areas free from rain and snow intrusion

Classification

It is classified into 3-pole and 4-pole types according to the number of poles of the product. For 4-pole products, the types of neutral pole (N-pole) are divided into four categories:
Type A: No overcurrent release component is installed on the N-pole; the N-pole remains closed at all times and does not close or open together with the other three poles.
Type B: No overcurrent release component is installed on the N-pole; the N-pole closes and opens together with the other three poles.
Type C: An overcurrent release component is installed on the N-pole; the N-pole closes and opens together with the other three poles.
Type D: An overcurrent release component is installed on the N-pole; the N-pole remains closed at all times and does not close or open together with the other three poles.
