The operating mechanism is designed as a spring-operated mechanism integrated with the switch. For the solid insulated ring main unit (RMU), the isolating switch and the spring-operated mechanism of the main switch form an integrated unit, which can easily realize interlocking. With fewer mechanism parts, unnecessary transmission links are reduced, ensuring high reliability. Moreover, it can be equipped with manual or electric operation according to user needs.
In terms of the process design for the primary part of the switch, the primary part adopts the APG (Automatic Pressure Gelation) process, which fully encapsulates the conductive circuit in epoxy resin. Additionally, it features a three-phase split design. This design fully takes into account the national standards and relevant requirements for use in harsh environments. Combined with flood-proof touchable special plugs and microcomputer protection, the solid insulated RMU will truly meet the power distribution requirements of full sealing, full insulation, maintenance-free operation, miniaturization, and intellectualization.
The solid insulated RMU is a new generation of maintenance-free products that achieves environmental friendliness, no pollution, small size, safety and reliability, and integration with intellectualization. Each unit has a width of 400mm, a depth of 750mm, and a height of 1140mm. It can be used independently or in a combined cabinet configuration. As a perfect combination of vacuum technology and insulation technology, it completely replaces SF₆ gas in terms of arc-extinguishing and insulation performance, complying with the national requirements for electrical products to reduce waste gas pollution.
