Fixed cable distribution boxes realize the fixed connection of power cables, and have good insulation level, current-carrying capacity, dynamic and thermal stability performance. They have multiple branches, small overall dimensions, low price, and safe and reliable operation. Their phase-to-ground insulation relies on parts cast with epoxy resin and pressed with silicone rubber, featuring a fully insulated and fully enclosed structure. They can also be divided into products based on high-voltage electrical equipment concept and cable accessory concept.
The fixed cable distribution boxes using prefabricated or heat-shrinkable cable terminations have specially designed silicone rubber sleeve sheds that can resist dust, pollution, moisture and condensation. They can realize 3-8 branches and be equipped with zinc oxide arresters. The products are equipped with live line indicators, and during maintenance, electroscopes can be used for re-electrical inspection and reliable grounding. They have an isolation function, which can shorten the power outage time of non-faulty lines.
