- The KYN28-24 armored withdrawable metal-enclosed switchgear is a metal-enclosed switchgear developed by our company based on the optimization design requirements for 24kV high-voltage switchgear by Jiangsu Provincial Electric Power Company. Drawing from advanced domestic and international technologies and thoroughly optimizing the cabinet structure and primary components, this equipment fully meets the operational requirements of 20kV neutral ungrounded systems. It is widely used in large substations of power systems, as well as in power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, and urban centers with high load densities for power control, protection, and distribution. On the basis of the general type, this equipment has further evolved into programmable operation switchgear and double-busbar switchgear.

■ Environmental Conditions
1、Maximum temperature: +40℃; minimum temperature: -35℃. The average temperature measured within 24 hours shall not exceed 35℃.
2、Daily average relative humidity shall not exceed 95%; monthly average relative humidity shall not exceed 90%.
3、Altitude shall not exceed 1000m.
4、The surrounding air shall be free from significant pollution by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, vapors, or salt spray.

■ Technical Key Points
● The product complies with the enterprise standards of Jiangsu Electric Power Company and is suitable for 20kV ungrounded neutral power grid systems. Its power frequency withstand voltage reaches 65/79kV (isolating break), and lightning impulse withstand voltage reaches 125/145kV (isolating break).
● The switchgear can be equipped with circuit breakers with electric chassis trucks and electric earthing switches to realize programmed operation.
● The optimized internal structure of the cabinet uniformizes the electric field and ensures electrical clearance.
● A solid-sealed pole circuit breaker with optimized overall structure and insulation structure is adopted to enhance the internal insulation performance of the cabinet.
● Flame-retardant shielded bushings and contact boxes are used, with a flame retardant rating of V0, which also makes the electric field distribution of insulation parts more uniform.
