Regulations Formulated and Decided by the Company Are Stipulated as Follows

I. Targets for Recruitment

Entities that possess a certain number of clients in the electrical equipment industry and are familiar with the relevant business. Specifically, those who have experience in dealing with products such as transformers, cables, high and low voltage switchgear assemblies, high-voltage circuit breakers, high-voltage load switches, and low-voltage circuit breakers, and have established business relations with power supply bureaus, power installation companies, as well as high and low voltage switchgear manufacturers.

II. Specific Provisions

Regions for Office Agencies

The company specifies that the business scope of regional office agencies shall be based on cities. Each office agency shall be responsible for the sales within only one city.
Support Policies for Office Agencies

To support the office agencies, the company will bear 50% of the office rental fees in the first year. Additionally, the company will pay a monthly stipend of 3,000 yuan to each office agency during the first year. All other expenses shall be borne by the staff of the office agencies themselves.
Pricing, Commission and Profit Distribution Policies

The company will supply products to office agencies at the most favorable prices. A 5% commission will be rebated to the office agencies after the payment for goods is remitted to the company's designated account. If the sales price exceeds the company's set price, 10% of the price difference will be collected as tax, and the remaining portion will belong to the office agencies.
Regional Protection and Customer Ownership Policies

All existing clients in the designated region shall be owned by the company's original sales personnel. The company will provide a one-time list of existing clients in the region to the office agencies. All new clients developed by the office agencies shall belong to the office agencies themselves.

If new clients in the region send inquiries to the company via phone or fax, and a contract needs to be signed, the company will transfer the contract to the corresponding office agency for signing, with a 5% service fee retained. The service fee shall be disposed of by the office agencies.

III. Provisions on Qualification Entry into Local Power System

The company will cover the expenses of obtaining formal and unified invoices required for qualification entry into local power systems, as well as the reception expenses incurred by the agencies when coming to the company. All other expenses shall be borne by the office agencies.

IV. Contract Signing, Goods Delivery and Payment Collection

All contracts shall be signed in the name of the company. The company will be responsible for the unified delivery of goods. Payment for goods must be remitted to the designated account of the company in full.

V. Promotion Support

The company will provide relevant promotional materials. Office agencies shall make every effort to carry out promotional work related to the company's products.
